Position Overview

We are seeking a full time on-site paralegal to join our dynamic and growing team. The ideal candidate will assist the firms counsels in research, drafting, client management, and case preparation while developing expertise in our Firm's core practice areas.

• Case management
• Filing and Record keeping
• Data Entry and Reports
• Logistics and Errands

Qualification

• Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from an accredited institution.
• Any paralegal practice certificate from an accredited institution
• Minimum of two (2) years experience in a reputable law firm or in-house department
• Strong research, analytical and drafting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of integrity, professionalism and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Should have experience in managing compliance issues with regulatory bodies, including the Lands Commission, Office of the Registrar of Companies, and Bank of Ghana.
