Position Overview

We are seeking a full-time on-site Junior Associate Lawyer to join our dynamic and growing team. The ideal candidate will assist senior counsel in research, drafting, client management, and case preparation while developing expertise in our Firm's core practice areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research, prepare legal opinions, and draft necessary communications on diverse legal matters.
• Assist in drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts, pleadings, and other legal documents.
• Support litigation, arbitration and dispute resolution matters, including case preparation, filing and court appearances.
• Participate in client meetings and contribute to strategic discussions.
• Assist in due diligence exercises and transactional work.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Managing Partner and senior associates as needed.

Qualification

• Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from an accredited institution.
• Qualifying Certificate in Law (QCL) and called to the Ghana Bar.
• Minimum of two (2) years of post-call experience in a reputable law firm or in-house legal department.
• Strong research, analytical and drafting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of integrity, professionalism and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
