Sandra holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree and is currently pursuing a Master of Laws (LLM), with a focus on Corporate and Commercial law. She brings a solid blend of Academic grounding and practical experience to her role, with a particular interest in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, legal advisory services and Litigation support .
Prior to joining the firm, Sandra served as Legal and Corporate Affairs Lead at People and Partners Group, where she advised on legal risk, regulatory matters, and Corporate structuring. She has also gained valuable experience with reputable institutions such as Bentsi-Enchill, Letsa & Ankomah and Consolidated Bank Ghana Ltd, where she supported legal teams on a wide range of legal and commercial matters.
As a Paralegal at SGA Legal, Sandra supports the firm’s legal practice through research, drafting, client coordination, and case preparation. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and commitment to high standards make her an integral part of the legal team.
